AI visibility for healthcare and medtech

Your buyers now ask AI what to use. Are you in the answer?

I help healthcare and medtech companies get found in AI answers, by understanding the clinical buyer better than a generalist ever could, and writing the content that reaches them.

Get in touch Independent, clinician-led AI visibility

2 MSc degrees, with distinction

Clinical Neuropsychology and Positive Psychology and Well-Being.

Clinical to commercial

Trained as a clinician, now on the medtech commercial side.

A method, not a guess

A repeatable system for how clinicians actually search.

Clinician-first

Clinical judgment a generalist marketer cannot fake.

01

What I do

Three steps to get you back into the answer.

From the first question your buyer asks AI, to the content that makes you the recommendation.

Audit

I map how your buyers ask AI, then measure where you appear and where you vanish, from first question to final choice.

Diagnose

I trace the why: which questions, which gaps, and which trusted sources the AI reads that you are missing from.

Fix

I write the clinical content that gets you back into the answer, in language clinicians and AI both trust.

A real example

Even the number one brand is invisible when it matters most.

Butterfly Network is one of the best known names in handheld ultrasound. Ask AI to compare devices and it is recommended first. But buyers rarely start by comparing devices. They start by describing a problem they need to solve, and at that moment, where the decision really takes shape, AI does not mention Butterfly at all. The demand is there. Butterfly simply never sees the buyers it is losing.

When buyers describe the problem 0% Butterfly is not mentioned
When buyers compare devices #1 Butterfly is named first

Same product, same buyers, two completely different answers. The demand exists long before the comparison, and that is the layer most brands never claim. This is exactly how a company loses buyers it never knew it had.

Beat 1 The complexity

A clinical audience is never one buyer. Mapping it correctly is the skill, and it is where visibility is won or lost.

Procedural guidance

Real-time needle guidance.

Anaesthetists, intensivists, nurses.

Emergency triage

Fast answers in a crisis.

ED physicians, paramedics.

Focused diagnosis

A quick read of one organ.

Cardiologists, ICU, GPs.

Quick measurement

One number, fast.

Nurses, obstetrics, urology.

Beat 2 The finding

I traced where Butterfly actually appeared as the buyer moves from a problem to a purchase.

Describes the problem
Explores solutions
Compares devices
Picks a brand

Butterfly was not losing to a rival. It was missing a whole layer of demand that no competitor had claimed.

Why me

A clinician who understands how AI recommends.

I trained as a clinical neuropsychologist, so I understand how clinicians actually think and make decisions. I moved to medtech, where I sell clinical technology to hospitals. I bring the two together: I understand your clinical buyer, and I understand how AI decides what to recommend.

MSc Clinical Neuropsychology MSc Positive Psychology and Well-Being Medtech commercial, selling to hospitals A repeatable AI-visibility method

A marketer knows marketing but not medicine. A clinician knows medicine but not AI. The value is in the overlap, and that is where I work.

How I work

A clear, repeatable path from invisible to recommended.

  1. 1

    Map your buyers

Who researches you, and the different problems each is trying to solve.

  2. 2

    Find their questions

The exact things they ask AI, in their own words.

  3. 3

    Test across AI

Run them through the main assistants and record what they say about you.

  4. 4

    Score the gaps

Where you show up, where you do not, and who shows up instead.

  5. 5

    Diagnose and fix

Pinpoint the why, then write the content that gets you found.
